Greenbrier, Arkansas’ DME Closet

A DME Closet is a Durable Medical Equipment lending service. Our decision to give back to the local community and surrounding areas is based on experience in the Physical Therapy field since 2011, seeing people in need of medical equipment and not having the ability to access it. We aim to remedy that, to the best of our ability, for people local and in surrounding communities. So please, spread the word about The Lake Physical Therapy and The Boathouse DME Closet!

For Clinicians and Clinics

The files below contain a flyer and an equipment form. The flyer is for your patients to refer to for our contact information and a brief list of the types of equipment they can get from us. The equipment form can be filled out with the recommended equipment list so the patient can call and request the items. The equipment form also has a disclaimer for the patient to sign and turn into us.

For Clients and Patients

The button marked “Equipment form” below will bring up the form we use for donating equipment to you. It also has our contact information. Please fill out the form with the equipment you are looking for, call us to be sure we have what you need in stock, and turn it in to us, signed, to get the equipment agreed upon.
